Thomas Unzen serves Vice President of Development Management at TCC Germany, based in Düsseldorf. He plays a key role in supporting the development process by managing the technical aspects of projects, including design coordination, budgeting, and execution. Thomas collaborates closely with contractors and project delivery partners to ensure smooth implementation and high-quality outcomes throughout all phases of development.
With nearly three decades of experience in the construction and real estate industry, Thomas brings deep technical expertise and a hands-on approach to project execution. Prior to joining TCC, he served as Development Manager at Scannell and Goodmann, where he oversaw the full lifecycle of technical development for multiple logistics and light industrial projects – from land acquisition to final handover.
Earlier in his career, Thomas held senior roles in project management and construction at Metro, Vodafone, and Peek & Cloppenburg, contributing to the successful delivery of logistics, retail, office, and residential developments across diverse markets.
