Tim Bradshaw serves as Vice President, Development Management at Trammell Crow Company in the U.K., where he is responsible for the delivery of industrial and logistics developments from feasibility through construction completion.
Tim plays a central role in managing the technical aspects of development projects, including design coordination, budgeting, programme management, procurement strategy, and execution. He works closely with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to manage risk and ensure efficient, high quality delivery across all stages of the development process.
With over 15 years of experience in construction and real estate development, Tim brings deep technical expertise and a practical, hands on approach to delivery. Prior to joining TCC, he held senior development roles at Bridge Industrial and Oxenwood Real Estate, delivering complex industrial and logistics schemes across the U.K. Earlier in his career, he worked in project and site management roles at Peel Ports Group and Balfour Beatty. He holds a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of Liverpool.
