Associated Office
Tim Davies serves as Vice President, Development Management, within TCC’s Southern California office in San Diego. Tim oversees all aspects of multifamily project execution across San Diego, Orange County, and the Inland Empire for High Street Residential, the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company. In this role, he is responsible for managing development projects during entitlements, due diligence, design, construction, and lease-up. Tim has more than 18 years of multifamily execution expertise, having delivered thousands of units of housing in Southern California and Arizona. Additionally, he brings development management experience in product types such as office, cold storage distribution, mixed-use, medical office and hospitality.
Prior to joining TCC, Tim was director of construction at Streetlights Residential in San Diego where he oversaw multifamily construction projects in Southern California and Arizona. He previously served as director of construction with Westmont Living and project manager with the Ryan Companies, both located in the San Diego area.
