Associated Office
Tom Rathburn serves as Vice President for TCC’s MidAtlantic office. In this role, he manages the design and construction process starting with hiring design professionals, procurement of the contractors, construction and into project turn over and final close out. Tom has over 30 years of diversified and versatile experience in a variety of market sectors from commercial office, life sciences, industrial, tenant fit out, mission critical and deep green projects. He is versed in planning, logistics, scheduling and is operational strong for both vertical and horizontal construction.
