Associated Office
Tristan Kite is a Senior Associate in TCC’s Atlanta office. In this role, he focuses on the site identification, market analysis, underwriting, and execution of industrial real estate developments across key Southeastern markets. Tristan supports all phases of the development process, including due diligence, financial modeling, capital structuring, and project management.
Before joining TCC, Tristan served as an officer in the United States Navy Civil Engineer Corps, leading multidisciplinary teams and overseeing complex construction and acquisition initiatives. He earned an MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute.
