The project is a product of the first joint venture between TCC and Invesco Real Estate. A completely new approach to lab space in the coveted Lexington submarket, 440 Bedford focuses on the most important element in the scientific world: the scientist. The project features Class A+ amenity spaces including a 15,000-square-foot gym, golf simulator, Craft Food Hall dining experience and beer wall, and multiple conference spaces. The development also boasts ample parking with a six-story parking garage to supplement surface lots, totaling over 750 stalls. 440 Bedford is slated to deliver Q3 2024.
