Overview
Arsenal Trade Center is a redeveloped brownfield located on a former chemical manufacturing site in Central New Jersey. The three-building Class-A Industrial Park is strategically located within an hour’s drive of New York City and within minutes of routes 9, 35, 440, I-287, Outerbridge Crossing and Garden State Parkway as well as exits 9, 10, and 11 of the New Jersey Turnpike. TCC worked on the entitlements, environmental regulatory approvals, design, and capitalization, and completed all the vertical construction.
In collaboration with Sayreville Borough, Middlesex County, the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, the EPA and the land seller, TCC executed a soil remedial action workplan and developed three buildings, all rear-loaded facilities, spanning 285,000 square feet, 342,371 square feet and 451,916 square feet. Each building offers above-standard car and trailer parking, 40-foot clear heights, full-site circulation, and multiple points of ingress and egress. The Project is LEED Gold Certified and developed to world-class standards.
