Overview
The beautiful 216,000-square-foot facility resides on five acres of land. Through the development of an efficient site plan, we were able to accommodate the hospital and a parking structure on this compact parcel. In addition to 68 inpatient beds, the hospital is home to four cardiac catheterization labs, three electrophysiology labs, four operating rooms, a vascular lab, an eight-bed post anesthesia recovery unit, a conference center, chapel, business centers, concierge services on each floor, a patient dining room, and a coffee shop. As it relates to this project, the “feather in our cap” stems from our team’s conscientious management of this ambitious undertaking, which allowed the project to absorb the cost of a $4 million elevated sky bridge by implementing value engineering and other cost reduction efforts.
