Butterfield 5 is a 410,000-square-foot industrial development located on a 24-acre site west of Highway 101, near Morgan Hill’s central business district at Butterfield Boulevard. The project comprises five Class A buildings suited for Silicon Valley industrial users. Construction was completed in early 2022, and the asset was subsequently sold to Invesco in June 2022.
