Opportunity, Solutions and Outcomes
Planning consent was granted in March 2022 followed by practical completion of the building in March 2024. CORE Sheffield has been delivered as a net zero carbon development in accordance with the UK Green Building Council NZC framework. In line with TCC’s global standards, the property was constructed to BREEAM ‘Excellent’ for new construction and EPC A-rating.
