Overview
Temnitzpark BF33 is a grade A logistics facility located in the established Temnitzpark industrial park development, just 700 metres from the A24 motorway junction connecting Hamburg to Berlin. The facility is situated on a plot sized at 80,159 square metres.
Together with Invesco Real Estate, TCC is developing 41,373 square metres of GLA at this location. Practical completion is anticipated in late 2025.

Opportunity, Solutions and Outcomes
Planning consent was granted in October 2022 followed by start of construction in May 2024.
The facility is being constructed in accordance with the DGNB Gold certification. The building contains a certificate in accordance with the EU Taxonomy and has the Energielable EPC A.
