Overview
Temnitzpark BF36 is a grade A logistics facility situated on a plot sized at 132,697 square metres. Located in the established Temnitzpark industrial park development, just 700 metres from the A24 motorway junction connecting Hamburg to Berlin.
TCC has partnered with CBRE PIF in the proposed 52,542 square metre facility. A building permit has been granted with an estimated time to complete the project to be 12 months following commencement of construction.
Opportunity, Solutions and Outcomes
Planning consent was granted in September 2023. Building construction can be started at any time. The construction period is 12-13 months from the start of construction.
The facility will be built in accordance with BREEAM Excellent and has the Energielable EPC A.
