Overview
A 564,000-square-foot, state of the art, transit-oriented, three building life science campus located in the core of South San Francisco’s biotech cluster at 120 E Grand Avenue. The project will consist of two Class A buildings and a standalone amenity building, allowing for a unique campus feel immediately off Hwy 101 and all within a 5-minute walk from the South San Francisco Caltrain station. Designed by leading architect Flad, the project will provide best in class physical infrastructure for leading biotech, R&D, and pharmaceutical companies. Additional amenities include outdoor terraces with San Francisco Bay views, 101 Freeway signage and visibility, structured parking with EV charging stations, above standard power, and 100% outside air intake. Fully approved and shovel ready, construction is expected to commence in the second half of 2025 and be completed within the first half of 2028.
