Overview
Elevon at Central Park Station is 301-unit multifamily project in Denver’s Central Park neighborhood. The six-story TOD project is located immediately south of the Central Park light rail station along I-70. Elevon features a large fitness center, sky lounge, club room with mountain views, co-working lobby, bike repair facilities, on-site storage, outdoor courtyards with a pool and hot tub, grills and cabanas.
Elevon includes structured parking for 380 vehicles (1.26 spaces per unit). Downtown Denver is less than 9 miles to the west (14 minutes by RTD light rail). Denver International Airport, just northeast, is 15 miles by car or 23 minutes by RTD light rail.
Greystar is serving as the property manager.
A second phase to the Central Park development is in the planning phases, and will offer 341 units, on-site parking and limited first-floor retail.
