Overview
Located at 710 Clark St. in Evanston, Evanston Labs is a 10-story, 178,000-square-foot Class A advanced sciences lab building on Chicago’s North Shore. Designed for innovators, Evanston Labs is the only private Class-A laboratory building in Evanston, across from the Northwestern University campus. Startups, spinoffs, and forward-thinking companies now have access to a world-class lab environment, where they can tap into a robust ecosystem of ideas, funding, and collaboration.
The building includes 9 floors of lab and office space with spectacular views of Lake Michigan and the surrounding neighborhood. Each floorplate is designed to accommodate both single and multi-tenant users. Additionally, TCC has developed “lab-ready” graduation suites ranging from 4,000 to 10,000 RSF to support the needs of growing start-ups in the ecosystem. Building amenities include a penthouse amenity center for tenants, outfitted with a boardroom, a bar and lounge, an outdoor terrace, and a health and wellness center.
