Overview

Fox Park is a 41-acre urban mixed-use community being developed just west of the Downtown Denver core, designed for integration of commercial and multifamily buildings, entertainment and culture, and open park space. Trammell Crow and the Vita Fox Park Development team will transform the 247,000 SF former Denver Post printing facility into creative workspace, innovative maker office space, and the new home to the World Trade Center Denver. Overall, the World Trade Center Complex master plan calls for 1.5 million square feet spanning six buildings. Fox Park further boasts complementary uses including the 241-key Virgin Hotel, over 1,100 residential units, and curated entertainment and recreational uses. In addition to Virgin Hotels, Virgin Residences and Zocalo Community Development have partnered in the transformational vision.

Situated at the intersection of I-25 and I-70, Fox Park provides a new gateway to downtown Denver from the north and west. Located adjacent to the 41st and Fox Station, just one stop from Denver Union Station, Fox Park enhances Denver’s historic Globeville neighborhood with over 14 acres of open green space and parks through a partnership with the Denver Botanic Gardens.
