Overview
High Street Residential (“HSR”), the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, and Third & Urban are partnering on Hillcrest, a residential community located in the suburban city of Sandy Springs, Georgia., and Third & Urban are partnering on Hillcrest, a residential community located in the suburban city of Sandy Springs, Georgia. The project will consist of a total of 362 apartment units, 30 for rent townhomes, and 19,240 square feet of placemaking retail that opens into a greenspace garden. The apartments will be three-to-five-stories of Type III wood frame construction wrapped around a five-story precast parking deck with 646 parking spaces. The 30 for rent luxury townhomes will feature 3-bedroom and 3.5-bath floorplans with a drive under two-space garage. The apartments and rental townhomes will target working professionals, empty nesters, young families, and other renters by choice in the market that want to be proximate to Atlanta but take advantage of the charming and premier suburban Sandy Springs.
