TCC and its partner, Diamond Realty Investments, acquired a 62-acre site in the I-85 South Atlanta submarket for the development of Innovation Business Center. Innovation Business Center is a modern distribution facility made up of two rear-load buildings which feature 32-foot clear heights, 60-foot dock bays, a 185-foot concrete truck court with 115 trailer spaces, 375 automobile parking spaces, and an ESFR fire sprinkler system. The buildings have a flexible design that can accommodate multiple tenants.Located within the Shenandoah Industrial Park, the buildings provide easy access to Interstate 85 and other major thoroughfares leading to the area’s top shipping destinations, like the Atlanta International Airport and the Port of Savannah. The Innovation Business Center is situated less than 30 miles from the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport and is a 45-minute drive to Downtown Atlanta.
