Overview

Innovation Park is a master-planned business park in East Windsor, NJ that was designed to attract advanced manufacturing, high-tech, and pharmaceutical end-users. The park was designed by KSS and features optimal floor plate size and organization for high-tech and pharmaceutical end-users, as well as independent secured loading, increased parking, and provision for office and labs. The site also offers walking paths and green spaces that are open to the public and were designed to encourage connection with adjacent research and office spaces.
