Overview
An industrial and logistics development comprised of two facilities totaling 27,797 square metres of GLA, situated on a 4.6-hectare greenfield site located in the city of Kerpen, Southwest Cologne. Located in the prime Rhine-Ruhr logistics region of Germany, the second-largest economic region in Europe.
The project features two inward-facing, fully flexible facilities with best-in-class specifications and environmental credentials, designed to cater to occupier demand for both regional and European distribution.
Opportunity, Solutions and Outcomes
Planning permission for the Kerpen project was achieved, with construction commencing in 2025. Completion is planned for Q1 2026. The project is being built in accordance with BREEAM Excellent and has the Energielable EPC A.
