An industrial & logistics development on an 11.4-acre greenfield site located in the city of Kerpen, Southwest Cologne, in the prime Rhine-Ruhr logistics region of Germany, the 2nd largest economic region in Europe.
The Project features two inward-facing, fully flexible facilities with best-in-class specifications and environmental credentials on a total of 299,200 sq ft of GLA, strategically designed to cater to occupier demand for both regional and European distribution.

Opportunity, Solutions and Outcomes
Planning permission for our project in Kerpen is expected in Q4 2024. Construction is scheduled to start in Q1 2025 with completion planned for Q1 2026. The building will be built in accordance with BREEAM Excellent and has the Energielable EPC A.
