TCC and Clarion Partners developed Knox Logistics Center II, a 753,230-square-foot speculative logistics building in Riverside County, California. Knox Logistics Center II is the second phase of TCC and Clarion Partners’ Knox Logistics Center, which is a 152-acre, master-planned e-commerce park located directly off Interstate 215 via Harley Knox Boulevard.


Knox Logistics Center II was specifically designed for e-commerce users, and the building includes 14,180 square feet of entitled mezzanine office, approximately 2,400 square feet of finished office space, 36-foot clear height, cross dock loading, 185-foot secured concrete truck courts, 130 trailer storage spaces, auto parking for 425 vehicles, 4,000-amp, 3-phase electrical service capacity, and ESFR fire protection.
