Lakeview Business Park is a 168-acre master planned development located in Fort Bend County on the site of the former Willowisp Country Club. Located in amidst of a unique, attractive environment created by the preserved mature trees and neighboring lakes. The park in Missouri City, Texas, offers convenient access the Sam Houston Parkway, U.S. Highway 90-A and the Fort Bend Parkway, and is positioned to effectively serve the entire Houston area. The first phase of the park consisted of three speculative buildings and the additional parcels were user land sales. TCC provided development management services for several of these users including Allied Group, AER Manufacturing, and CNC Manufacturing.
