Overview
In partnership with Clarion Partners, the Lehigh Valley Trade Center is a multi-phase industrial complex strategically located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, a prime distribution hub offering excellent access to major Northeast metropolitan areas via I-78, as well as significant U.S. seaports and parcel carrier facilities. The Lehigh Valley's location allows access to a substantial portion of U.S. and Canadian consumers within a single day's truck drive, supported by a robust local labor force.The initial phase, LVTC I, delivered two buildings (A & B) totaling 1,245,198 square feet upon its completion in 2016. Following the completion of phase 1, LVTC II was completed in 2022 and delivered Building C which totaled 527,060 square feet. It features a 40-foot clear height and is a cross-dock facility. LVTC III then commenced in September 2022, this phase introduced two Class A industrial buildings (D & E) totaling 588,319 square feet. Building D, comprising 288,576 square feet, is leased to a global e-commerce accelerator and Building E, with 301,826 square feet, is fully leased to a global, tech-enabled ecommerce fulfillment and supply chain company. These facilities feature modern amenities, including 36-foot clear heights, ESFR sprinkler systems, and generous parking.
