Redevelopment of site to a Grade A speculative logistics park totaling 340,000 sq ft across three units known as CORE Milton Keynes. TCC European Logistics first site acquisition, the development lies adjacent to the A5 and is situated in one of the UK’s premier distribution locations.
Opportunity, Solutions and Outcomes
Planning consent was granted in April 2022 followed by practical completion of the buildings in May 2023. CORE Milton Keynes has been delivered as a net zero carbon development in accordance with the UK Green Building Council NZC framework and observing the latest 2023 UKGBC Offsetting Guidance, verified by Planet Mark. In line with TCC’s global standards, the units were constructed to BREEAM ‘Excellent’ for new construction and EPC A-rating. Each building provides an increased roof-load capacity to accommodate full photovoltaic arrays and a base-PV installation; fully controlled and ultra-efficient LED lighting throughout; and multi-model EV charging points across the site.
