High Street Residential (HSR), the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, along with joint venture partner Mitsui Fudosan America (MFA) is underway in the construction of Montclair Scottsdale, a 215-unit, Class A multifamily community in Scottsdale, Arizona. Scheduled for completion in 2026, the 4.2-acre site, a former vacant retail center, represents a significant capital investment within one of the Valley’s most prominent areas.
