Olympus on Main, situated on four acres, consists of two four-story multifamily buildings containing 352 units and 4,025 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The development has an extensive resident amenity collection, including an upscale resort-style pool, sunbathing shelves, fire pit, multiple outdoor courtyards, a 24-hour fitness and wellness center, community workspaces, business center with access to Mac computers, entertaining lounge with TVs, billiards, coffee bar and resident kitchen, WiFi throughout all amenity spaces, and a controlled-access parking garage.
Olympus on Main is the third phase of development at Union at Carrollton Square, a transit-oriented project that has delivered more than 660 multifamily units and ground-floor retail to the city of Carrollton.

Olympus on Main builds off the success and momentum created by the first two phases in Downtown Carrollton.
The City of Carrollton issued a RFQ for a Master Developer for the three rail stations along the DART Green Line in November 2007. High Street Residential (‘HSR’) was selected and moved forward in working with the City to complete concept planning and enter into a formal public-private partnership agreement.
Union at Carrollton Square is the City of Carrollton’s first major transit-oriented residential development and is situated adjacent to the downtown Carrollton Green Line DART station. The Union brings a new walkable urban lifestyle to the area, allowing residents to benefit from convenient access to mass transit, daily services and event venues.
