Overview
OTC will total approximately 36,347 square feet of Class A Office and Vocational Training spaces and will support the training and education of PSE electrical and gas construction trades and first responders. The OTC will be situated on approximately 6.17 acres of land owned by PSE in the Seattle suburb of Puyallup, Washington. The main operational training building will be 33,837 square feet. It will consist of offices, training labs, and instructional spaces, with 8,673 square feet of nonconditioned covered areas next to the main building supporting training activities. The outdoor training village will be situated on a 32,500 square feet area within the site and will consist of 2,510 square feet of multiple unconditioned single-story buildings and one single-story conditioned building.
