The project also included the successful relocation and construction of a new, modern Emergency Storm Center fully equipped with cutting edge technology systems.

The two-story office building includes open offices, conference rooms, focus rooms, exercise room, multipurpose room, break rooms, and emergency operations storm center. The line production building includes workshops, storage rooms, warehouses, meter rooms, and a large loading dock with six bays and two dock levelers. The vehicle maintenance building is strategically located in the middle of the operations yard, and includes a weather protected, covered area for vehicle maintenance and a large storage room for convenient access to needed parts and accessories.
