The facility occupies 17.4 acres on the southern portion of the 80-acre RUHS medical center campus and features a single-story 7,000-square-foot lobby and café. The medical office building and the existing medical center are linked by a second-floor pedestrian bridge. This medical office building brings new specialty physician groups, an outpatient surgery center and expanded pharmacy services to RUHS Medical Center in Moreno Valley, California.Opportunity
By providing an array of quality outpatient services, RUHS officials say they will be better positioned to attract private insurance carriers and reduce overhead associated with more-costly inpatient care.
