Overview
Science Square is a multi-phase development on the campus of Georgia Tech in Atlanta offering premier commercial lab/R&D and residential real estate. The project is a joint venture between TCC, TCC’s residential subsidiary, High Street Residential, and Georgia Advanced Technology Ventures (GATV), a cooperative organization of the Georgia Institute of Technology. The first phase of construction on the mixed-use development began in 2022. Phase 1 was delivered in 2024, and includes Science Square Labs, a 364,740-square-foot Class A lab/office tower, and HSR’s 280-unit residential building, the firm’s first residential development in Atlanta, as well as shared parking and ground-floor retail space.
