Overview

The Project includes one high-quality, concrete, tilt-wall office/warehouse building totaling 255,704 NRSF situated on 16.8 acres of land. Designed by Powers Brown Architecture, the industrial building will incorporate best-in-class design featuring a 32’ clear height, 420’ building depth, 52’ wide column spacing, trailer parks and an ESFR sprinkler system. Aesthetically, Seton Lake Logistics Center has a similar look and feel as Houston’s often complimented Fallbrook Pines Business park. Located on Highway 249 less than one mile from where it intersects Beltway 8, the Project is strategically positioned in the heart of Houston’s Northwest Industrial Submarket. The Northwest Submarket is the largest and most diverse industrial submarket in the region.
