Overview

Trammell Crow Company (TCC) developed a new corporate headquarters campus for Sprouts Farmers Market in Phoenix, Arizona. The project, a mixed-use campus, is located within the City North development near 56th Street and Loop 101, spanning over seven acres and totaling more than 180,000 square feet of developed space. The campus features a 145,000-square-foot Class A office building designed to house Sprouts' expanding corporate team. Additionally, it includes a 25,000-square-foot flagship Sprouts grocery store and 11,000 square feet of high-end retail and restaurant space. A three-story parking garage is also part of the development.

Designed by RSP Architects and constructed by Wespac Construction, Inc., the headquarters emphasizes employee well-being and collaboration. Amenities will feature a rooftop deck, an on-site fitness center, culinary kitchens, tasting rooms, and a chef-driven garden for meals and events. Sprouts Farmers Market aims to transition from its current 96,000-square-foot office to the new campus by August 2026. This development supports Sprouts' ongoing expansion, which includes opening numerous new stores across the country.
