Overview
Stonecrest is a 614,676 square foot rail served build to suit distribution center for Home Depot. The project has 12,000 square feet of main office space and an additional 1,000 square feet of shipping and receiving office and 265,000 square feet for outside storage. The project is served from the CSX mainline into the site and has a sidetrack rail spur splits to both sides of the building. 12-A Framed Cars to serve outside storage and 10 box car positions inside the building. There are 200 auto parks and 276 trailer parks. The project is located less than 10 miles from the Interstate 20 / 285 interchange and three miles off Interstate 20.
