Overview

Penn Distribution Center is a single building Class A speculative industrial development totaling 823,379 square feet. The building has a 36' clear height and is 450' deep. 

The project is located along Interstate 20 and offers incredible ingress/egress and visibility. Both an entrance and exit ramp on I-20 front the site and auxiliary entrance and exit ramps are approximately half mile away. Penn Distribution Center is just one mile west of the I-20 and I-35 interchange, which has proven to be the epicenter of logistics with product moving from Mexico into the region and then distributed locally or to the Northeast United States via I-20 or I-30. 

Penn Distribution Center is LEED Certified and 100% leased.
