Overview

TCC was selected by FMC Technologies to manage the development of its 173-acre campus. The project broke ground in early 2014 at Generation Park, located on the northeast corner of the Sam Houston Tollway (Beltway 8) in Houston, Texas. The project consists of six primary buildings situated on 71 acres, comprising of more than 1 million square feet of office, workshop and warehouse space. Each of the buildings is connected with covered and landscaped pedestrian walkways. The office buildings received LEED certification. The project also includes a large parking structure, service yard areas, and extensive public and private infrastructure work.
