Overview
High Street Residential (“HSR”), the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, is pleased to present The Grace Residences, the firm’s first residential development in Atlanta. The Grace Residences is a Class A, 280-unit apartment community located within the burgeoning Science Square mixed-use district. Science Square, in partnership with Georgia Tech University, is the Southeast’s premier life sciences district offering lab/R&D space in a market with 0% commercial lab space vacancy. At full build-out, the campus will include 1.8 million square feet of lab/office space, 500 residential units, and 5,000 square feet of retail. This project was completed in April 2024.
