High Street Residential, the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, is currently developing The Marq in New York City’s SoHo neighborhood. The project consists of a 25-story tower that includes ~2,000 square feet of ground floor retail and 99 multifamily units.
Located at 126 Lafayette Street, the Class A building will include units ranging from studios to three-bedroom penthouses. Amenities will include a gym, sauna, meditation room, demonstration kitchen, and coworking lounge.
