Overview
TCC’s residential subsidiary, High Street Residential (HSR), developed 640 multifamily units across two towers as part of the larger Central Armature Works development in DC’s NoMa/Union Market neighborhood. The three-tower mixed-use development, which broke ground in 2019 and delivered in Q4 2022, includes two residential towers, the 172-unit Rigby and the 468-unit Market House; The Morrow, a 203-key boutique hotel from Hilton’s Curio Collection; Le Clou, a charming French restaurant; and 60,000 square feet of retail space that adds to the growing 3rd Street District in NoMa, as well as private event space. Central Armature Works is located directly next to the NoMa/Galludet metro station. The site was the previous location of Central Armature Works, an electric motor repair facility.
