TCC, in partnership with Mar-Gulf Management Inc. and MDI Capital, has broken ground on VanRose Technology Center, a speculative, cross-dock logistics building in Hillsboro, Oregon. Located at 2625 NE Huffman Road, approximately 20 miles west of Portland, this 303,969-square-foot facility is situated on 16 acres within the Hillsboro Corporate Park.VanRose Technology Center is a Class A industrial development designed to meet the demands of the region's robust tech ecosystem. The single building features a 36-foot clear height, 234 automobile stalls, 64 dock doors, four drive-in bays, and 33 trailer stalls. The facility can be demised to accommodate up to four tenants, offering flexibility for various occupiers, including 3PLs, data centers, semiconductor suppliers, contract manufacturers, and R&D-driven users.
