High Street Residential (HSR), the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, and PGIM are building Versant Bellevue, a 351-unit multifamily community located at 11040 Main St. in Bellevue, Washington. This significant development will replace an existing two-story office building on a 1.7-acre site and is strategically positioned across the street from the East Main Light Rail Station, which will connect directly to Seattle. The project, designed to include a six-story and an eight-story tower, is slated for delivery in the third quarter of 2028.
Designed by Weber Thompson, Versant Bellevue will offer a mix of studios to three-bedroom units, including 71 affordable housing units to support diverse residents. The community will feature an array of amenities such as a large outdoor courtyard, a rooftop terrace with barbecue stations, a fitness center, co-working spaces, a club/lounge room with a fire pit, pet relief and wash areas, and secure package storage. This development is poised to become a key residential offering in Bellevue, capitalizing on its proximity to major employers like Amazon and various retail and dining options in Old Bellevue, further enhanced by its direct transit access.
