35 Eagle Phase III is a five building, 2.1M square foot industrial project in North Fort Worth being developed via a JV between TCC & PGIM Real Estate. TCC 35 Eagle Phase III is one of the largest active industrial developments in the Alliance submarket and the DFW Metroplex as a whole. The project is located just off of I-35W less than a mile from Alliance Airport and in close proximity to the BNSF Intermodal. 35 Eagle Phases I & II totaled 1.59M square feet and 2.2M square feet respectively. Upon stabilization of Phase III, TCC & PGIM will proceed with 35 Eagle Phase IV.
