Avidor Omaha, a luxury, amenity-rich residential community with 162 age-restricted 55+ rental apartment units at Sterling Ridge, Omaha, NE. Sterling Ridge is a 150-acre mixed-use development in the heart of Western Omaha. Located on the southeast corner of 132nd and Pacific Street, at completion, the master-planned community will include 744,000 square feet of Class A office space, 34,000 square feet of retail and restaurants, an assisted living facility, approximately 48 new construction single-family homes, and the Tri-Faith Initiative. Sterling Ridge is exquisitely landscaped with walking trails, water features, sculptures, and an abundance of flower and plant materials.
