The project includes 2.3 million square feet of industrial space across five buildings, with sizes ranging from 202,000 to 652,000 square feet. Designed by TCC on behalf of a confidential client, the buildings feature best in class specifications and offer flexible leasing options to accommodate both single and multi-tenant configurations, appealing to a wide variety of potential tenants. The project was executed in three phases, with TCC leveraging market research and analytics to align construction timing with supply and demand fundamentals for each building size range. This strategic approach ensured the buildings attracted strong tenant interest. Golden Triangle has attracted a mix of ecommerce, manufacturing, retail, and logistics users.
