Overview
The Iron District is a mixed-use development on a prominent 55-acre property bridging Uptown and South End Charlotte. The site is the previous facility of Charlotte Pipe and Foundry. TCC has been selected as the master planner for the 55-acre site and will be developing the first phase, roughly 12 acres fronting Morehead. The project consists of over 500 residential units, over 100,000 square feet of retail, an office building and a 145 key hotel.
