Overview
Facing severe overcrowding and a functionally obsolete facility, MedStar Georgetown University Hospital commissioned TCC to develop a new medical and surgical pavilion. This 477,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art building houses a new Emergency Department, surgical services, dedicated critical care imaging and 156 new and private patient rooms in an unparalleled, modern and sustainable setting that sets the standard for patient care.
