Overview

National Harbor Medical Pavilion is a two-building development at National Harbor in Oxon Hill, Maryland.

Developed in partnership with Seavest Healthcare Properties and Adventist HealthCare, Medical Pavilion I is a 95,000-square-foot medical office delivered in 2019. Medical Pavilion II is a five-story, 97,000-square-foot medical office building that delivered in early 2022. The Class A medical destinations, anchored by Adventist HealthCare, are home to a full range of specialty and preventative care services.
