Overview

TCC’s residential subsidiary, High Street Residential (HSR), developed 640 multifamily units across two towers as part of the larger Central Armature Works development in DC’s NoMa/Union Market neighborhood. The three-tower mixed-use development, which broke ground in 2019 and delivered in Q4 2022, includes two residential towers, the 172-unit Rigby and the 468-unit Market House; The Morrow, a 203-key boutique hotel. The Rigby, which welcomed its first residents in August 2022, includes 172 units and features larger floor plans with high-end finishes. The tower is connected to The Morrow, a boutique hotel in the Central Armature Works development, through a private courtyard on the second floor, which is programmed with a variety of outdoor activities.

All residential tenants at the development have exclusive access to an impressive rooftop amenity collection, which includes a pool; a fitness center with a yoga studio, as well as an outdoor yoga space; multiple co-working spaces; a library; an indoor/outdoor cinema; private dining and club rooms that are available to reserve; multiple indoor fireplaces and outdoor fire pits; outdoor wet bars and grilling areas; and a private outdoor dog park, as well as multiple pet spas. Residents receive discounted room rates at The Morrow for their visiting friends and family, as well as discounts throughout the hotel’s F&B collection. Room service and turndown service from the hotel is also available for residential tenants upon request.
