Nancy Moses Named Top 50 Under 40

Trammell Crow Company’s (TCC) SoCal—Los Angeles office announces that Nancy Moses, a Vice President in the firm’s national Healthcare Leadership Group, has been named to Real Estate Forum Magazine’s 2018 Top 50 under 40 list, the publication’s new class of Commercial Real Estate Rising Stars.

As Vice President in TCC’s healthcare practice, Moses’ primary focus is on healthcare development for the Los Angeles business unit. She has delivered more than 1.1 million square feet of projects with another 520,000 square feet currently in-process, totaling more than $600 million in value. She is responsible for all aspects of the development process including sourcing new opportunities, execution, and disposition. Moses specializes in client management, helping users identify and implement real estate solutions that provide high quality care to patients. She is sought after by clients for her ability to drive their own user groups to decision making consensus and then provide a turnkey delivery from the initial programming through project close-out. She carries the projects from initial client interviews to move-in and occupancy.

Moses is a LEED® AP B+C and a member of the Urban Land Institute.
