Trammell Crow Company’s (TCC) SoCal—Los Angeles office announces that Nancy Moses, a Vice President in the firm’s national Healthcare Leadership Group, has been named to Real Estate Forum Magazine’s 2018 Top 50 under 40 list, the publication’s new class of Commercial Real Estate Rising Stars.

“Nancy is in a class of her own, working her way from an entry-level position to Vice President, to establishing herself as a recognized industry leader in the Los Angeles market just five years later,” said Brad Cox, Senior Managing Director of TCC’s SoCal—Los Angeles Business Unit. “Her local track record is unmatched; her tenacity, reliability, and relentless follow-through have defined her as a go-to problem solver and trusted partner to a list of highly discerning clients.”

As Vice President in TCC’s healthcare practice, Moses’ primary focus is on healthcare development for the Los Angeles business unit. She has delivered more than 1.1 million square feet of projects with another 520,000 square feet currently in-process, totaling more than $600 million in value. She is responsible for all aspects of the development process including sourcing new opportunities, execution, and disposition. Moses specializes in client management, helping users identify and implement real estate solutions that provide high quality care to patients. She is sought after by clients for her ability to drive their own user groups to decision making consensus and then provide a turnkey delivery from the initial programming through project close-out. She carries the projects from initial client interviews to move-in and occupancy.

“Nancy is now recognized in the industry by contractors, clients, consultants, architects, and real estate professionals as an expert in healthcare design best practices and healthcare development management and is personally a testament to what is possible through hard work and determination,” said Greg Ames, a Managing Director with TCC’s SoCal-Los Angeles office. “We are truly lucky to have her on our team.”

Moses is a LEED® AP B+C and a member of the Urban Land Institute. She sits on TCC’s Professional Women’s Network committee and has served as a TCC Ambassador, the firm’s national program designed to encourage more participation for team members within Affinity Groups throughout the real estate industry.
