Our team’s recent development projects include Twelve24, The Grace Residences, Innovation Business Center, Home Depot Distribution Center, Ace Hardware Distribution Center, Jackson 85 North Business Park, and the corporate headquarters and distribution facility for the Atlanta Community Food Bank. Currently, TCC Atlanta has Perimeter Summit Residential under construction as well as a strong pipeline including future phases of Science Square, Phase II of Coastal Trade Center, Phase II of Jackson 85 North, Buford, and Sand Springs Residential.
