Based in Oakbrook, Illinois, the TCC Midwest team is actively developing throughout the Midwest, including Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Wisconsin.
Our team brings a multidisciplinary approach to real estate development, with deep experience in investment, leasing, property management and project management. We develop Class A projects across a variety of property sectors, including life science, office, healthcare and, through our High Street Residential (HSR) subsidiary, multifamily and active-adult properties.
